The newly appointed Strategy & Development Manager for Film Hub South East will manage all aspects of FHSE’s work including being its lead representative and advocate both nationally and regionally, contributing to FHSE’s strategy for the development of a dynamic network and managing its relationships and partnerships. You will be responsible for organising and delivering FHSE’s events and training programme; overseeing the communications strategy; managing the budget and have overall responsibility for the FHSE Open Call Audience Development investment strands. Experience of successfully leading and managing projects that can deliver results under financial and time pressures, including high-level partnership working is essential, as is having a high level of analytical, communication and problem-solving ability with demonstrable knowledge and competence. The post is fixed-term until 31 March 2017, subject to a satisfactory annual performance review by the British Film Institute. Job sharers welcome.
