Film Hub South East is an exhibitor focused organisation formed in 2013 as part of the BFI Film Audience Network (FAN). Its mission is to expand audience access to and knowledge of specialised and British Independent film in the South East.
The South East region is comprised of Berkshire, East Sussex, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey and West Sussex.
FHSE is managed by a consortium of organisations led by the University of Brighton, with Screen Archive South East, CINECITY, Picturehouse Cinemas, Lighthouse and Brighton & Hove City Council.

Would you like to join the FILM HUB SOUTH EAST administration team?
Film Hub South East is seeking to appoint a p/t Administrator and p/t Co-ordinator to support our work advancing film culture and developing film audiences in the region. Both posts are 18.5 hours/ 2.5 days a week, fixed-term until March 2017, and will be based at our office in the heart of the city at Grand Parade, University of Brighton.

You will have responsibility for setting up and maintaining efficient administrative systems and supporting all of the Hub’s activities.
Film Hub Co-ordinator (£21,391 – £24,057 pro rata) Reference: AF5109-15-136
You will have responsibility for co-ordinating the development of the Hub’s website, its use of social media, the processing of applications and Hub-generated data and the organisation of particular strands of activity. Some travel involved.
Both posts are subject to a satisfactory annual performance review by the British Film Institute.
